Your rights under the GDPR

You can exercise your data-protection rights free of charge:

• Access & portability. Export any result as Markdown from the results screen. A one-time purchase or campaign code can also unlock a PDF. For account or candidate data, contact us.
• Erasure. Delete an anonymous result with its delete link. Delete your account from Account settings and choose there whether its test results should also be deleted. Candidates can ask the organisation, or us, to erase their data.
• Rectification. Correct your name or email in Account settings, or ask us.
• Withdraw consent. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
• Object / restrict. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask us to restrict it.
• Human review. Assessment scores never auto-decide an outcome; you can ask the organisation for the reasoning behind any human decision.

To make a request, email info@goanh.com. We respond within one month. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
